Girls Head Counselor
Description: Oversees, manages, and coordinates the girls’ area in regard to health, safety, and programs in the bunk life area; contributes to the design and presentation of counselor orientation training, supervises and evaluates female bunk staff; interfaces with parents.
Qualifications: 5+ years of direct camp staff supervisory experience as Assistant Girls’ Head, Unit Leader, Head Counselor, or Department Head preferably at a Jewish residential camp. Proven experience in coordinating and managing a staff through a residential camp schedule is an asset.
