Head of Waterfront

Description: Supervises, coordinates, and schedules all waterfront staff including the American Red Cross swim program, boating and canoeing, sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing and swimming; trains, supervises, and evaluates waterfront staff performance evaluations; accountable for safety and welfare of the camp community while on the waterfront.

Qualifications: Experience as Assistant Head of Waterfront, or Waterfront Department Head, such as swimming, at preferably Jewish resident camp; current WSI, Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Instruction Certification required; proven supervisory experiences and class scheduling. Bachelors degree in HPER, education or leisure studies preferred.
